With 38 years in the oil heating industry, Joe brings a depth of knowledge that only decades on the tools can provide. Specialising in Grant and Firebird boiler systems, he has worked extensively across both domestic and commercial heating projects, earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and honest workmanship.
Driven to stay ahead in a changing industry, Joe expanded into advanced leak detection, completing six specialist training programmes in Germany.
By combining traditional engineering expertise with modern diagnostic technology, he delivers accurate leak detection services and efficient, cost-effective solutions for every client.
Andrew Smyth
Director
Andrew has spent the past 10 years working in architecture, contributing to both residential and commercial projects. During this time, he developed extensive experience in building design, spatial planning, and construction detailing, gaining a deep understanding of how buildings are put together from the ground up.
He now brings this architectural insight into the leak detection side of the business, giving clients a unique advantage. His understanding of building layouts and construction methods allows for smarter fault tracing, minimal disruption, and more accurate identification of hidden leaks within homes and commercial properties.
Having worked alongside his father Joe for many years, Andrew has also developed extensive experience in the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of oil boiler heating systems.
